RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
CUSTOMER RETAIL RETURNS
VidaMira stands by its products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it by contacting via CONTACT form.
Requests for a return/refund must be made within and no later than 14 calendar days from the date of purchasing the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer retail returns.
NOTE: A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all orders on unused product returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Definition: VidaMira bottle is unused or the plastic seal has NOT been broken, you can simply mail it back to us with your packing slip.
If your VidaMira bottle has been opened or the plastic seal has been broken, you must CONTACT us before returning the product.
Packages returned to us must contain the following & Procedure
1) Contact us prior to shipping via Contact Form.
2) Full Name of Purchaser
3) Quantity Purchased
4) Date of Purchase
You can download and complete the PRODUCT RETURN FORM. Returns are processed in the order received and will only be processed once it has arrived at the return facility. VidaMira is not responsible for refunding purchases made through third-party vendors.
When will I see the refund in my bank or credit card?
When we receive your returned package(s), it may take up to 7 business days to issue a refund. Once we issue the refund, it may take up to 10 business days to see it in your bank or credit card used when making your purchase.
VidaMira currently ships our products internationally through The United States Postal Service (USPS) &The United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and most all courier services.
